Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dear customers, to ensure the best service on board our motor vessel and to allow optimal organization of excursions in the La Maddalena Archipelago, please read our cancellation policies carefully.

Cancellation terms for standard bookings

• Up to 24 hours before departure: the ticket is fully refundable.
• Less than 24 hours before departure: no refund will be possible.

Group bookings (over 20 participants)

For bookings including more than 20 participants, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation with refund is allowed only if made at least 3 days (72 hours) before the departure date.
• After this deadline, the ticket will not be refundable.

Refund method

In case of cancellation within the allowed timeframes, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g. credit card refund, bank transfer, etc.).

Cancellations by the company

Safety is our priority. The ticket may be cancelled and refunded by the company in the following cases:

• adverse weather and sea conditions that prevent safe navigation;
• technical issues or other force majeure causes.

In such cases, you will be promptly contacted for a refund or to reschedule your booking.
